The office is conveniently located on the 5th floor of the Mission Medical Tower building, which also houses several labs, an imaging facility, a pharmacy, and the offices of other specialists. It is within walking distance of Mission Hospital.
Directions from I-5
1. Take the I-5 exit to Crown Valley Pkwy.
2. Take Crown Valley Pkwy to Los Altos.
3. Turn right at Los Altos into the parking lot.
(There is a small fee for parking.)
